The story behind the shirt

FC Porto experienced a remarkable Champions League campaign in the 2018-19 season under coach Sérgio Conceição. In the group stage, the Portuguese side dominated with five wins and one draw from six matches, conceding only six goals and scoring 15. Mateus Marega topped the scoring list with six goals, followed by Jesús Corona with three goals and two assists, while Alex Telles contributed three assists. In the round of 16, Porto came out on top against AS Roma, before Liverpool proved too strong in the quarter-finals: after a 0-2 away defeat, the Portuguese side also lost the home leg 1-4. In the Primeira Liga, Porto finished second. A shirt from this season represents one of the strongest Champions League campaigns in the club's history.
