The story behind the shirt

Arsenal won the FA Cup in 2019-20 under manager Mikel Arteta, who had taken over in December, with a 2-1 final victory against Chelsea. Top scorer Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang netted 22 league goals and was also decisive in the final. In the Premier League, the Gunners finished 8th; in the Europa League, they reached the knockout rounds after winning their group. Nicolas Pépé and Bukayo Saka impressed in the European fixtures. A shirt from this season represents the moment Arsenal found their way back to success with the FA Cup triumph.
