The story behind the shirt

A shirt from the time when St. Pauli, under coach Alexander Blessin, played in the Bundesliga. The 2024-25 season ended for the Kiezkicker in 14th place with 32 points from 34 games (8 wins, 8 draws, 18 defeats). With 28 goals scored and 41 conceded, the defence turned out to be the biggest challenge. M. Guilavogui was top scorer with 6 goals, while J. Irvine led the offence with 6 assists. In addition, O. Afolayan and E. Saad each contributed 3 goals, and J. Eggestein provided 4 assists. Highlights included the away win at SC Freiburg (3-0) and the 3-0 home win against Union Berlin. St. Pauli also came through several rounds in the DFB Cup.
