Tanzania

The Tanzanian national football team competes under the FIFA code TAN and played its first documented match in 1945, back then still as Tanganyika, against Uganda. Erasto Nyoni holds the record for most international caps with 108 appearances. The team plays its home matches at the Benjamin Mkapa National Stadium. The traditional club colours include blue as well as yellow, which is used on the away shirts. The vintage shirts in this collection reflect the history of a national team that has earned itself a firm place in football on the African continent over the decades. mehr lesen...
