Istanbul Başakşehir FK

Istanbul Başakşehir Futbol Kulübü was founded on 15 August 1990 and is based in the Istanbul district of Başakşehir. The club originally emerged from the football department of the sports club Istanbul Büyükşehir Belediyespor, the works team of the Istanbul city administration. In the summer of 2014, this football division was spun off, converted into an independent company, and given its current name. Since then, the club has carried the club colours blue and orange as the district team of Başakşehir. The club's shirts reflect this still young but distinctive identity of a club that has continuously strengthened its place in Turkish football. mehr lesen...
