FC Blackpool

FC Blackpool was founded in 1887 in the north-west English coastal town of Blackpool in the county of Lancashire. The club is nicknamed "The Seasiders" as well as "The Tangerines", with the latter referring to the distinctive orange home kit. Their home ground is on Bloomfield Road. Historically, the 1953 FA Cup win ranks as the club's most significant success - the so-called "Matthews Final" against Bolton Wanderers went down in history with a 4-3 comeback.
